Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds
Refunds or replacements are available in the following cases:
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was received
• The item is defective
• The order did not arrive

To process a refund or replacement, customers must provide proof, such as:
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• Tracking information showing non-delivery

Once approved, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

Warranty
All products are covered by a 90-day warranty.
If a product is defective or stops working under normal use within 90 days of delivery, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
